Holiday Season FAQ's

Ahxé'hee' - thank you to everyone shopping with us this 2020 holiday season! Just a few quick answers to questions you might have:

  • Last day to place your order for Christmas is December 16th due to holiday shipping volume (This applies to orders going to the contiguous USA only)

  • All orders are being shipped this holiday season without a packing slip/invoice so no prices are shown. If your order is a gift you are all set! We are only including a small postcard with care instructions.
  • We ship all of our items from American Fork, Utah, United States of America (USA) If shipping overseas, your country may charge you additional customs fees so please take note.
  • We won’t be restocking sold-out items in time for Christmas.
  • Once your order is shipped and dropped off to UPS or the post office we aren't able to do much regarding the actual delivery. It is best to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to coordinate anything like redeliveries, payment of customs fees etc. We are not responsible for lost, or stolen items once they have been shipped. Fortunately, this happens very very rarely!
  • From what we've been reading in the news, this is supposed to be a record year for online holiday shopping. We are working hard to get every order out as quickly as we can and get them to you in time for Christmas. Thank you so much again for shopping with us!
