Resize fees and shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance for items over $50, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns.
We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if the item has been altered or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend placing items in their original box to send back to us.
International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

Once your return is successfully received in good order, we will send you an email to notify you that we have submitted your refund your to your original method of payment and this should post within 2 - 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
